Max Values for Contract Owner

These are max values that we will allow for fees on any contract that is deployed using our service. This is intended to prevent any activity that would be inappropriate by a contract owner and keep integrity in the project:

1. Change Swap Threshold- 1%

2. Max Transaction- 2%

3. Max Wallet- 2%

4. Buy Tax Cap- Can't exceed 10%

5. Sell Tax Cap- Can't exceed 10%

6. Enable Trading- ONE TIME USE
